10/5 19:30 Blackheath Halls, Blackheath London. Panayotis Archontides has joined the Contemporary Music Ensemble, under conductor Jonathan Tilbrook in a Fantastical Moonbeam. Works performed will be Schoenberg's Pierrot Lunaire, Kammersymphonie op.9, Nactwandler songs, and Britten's blues songs (arr. D. Runswick). Sponsored by Trinity College of Music.


23/5 TCM, Peacock Room, Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich, SE10. Panayotis Archontides, solo piano (as part of the requirements for the MMus in piano performance). Works by Russian composers:Rachmaninov, Scriabin, Prokofiev, Shostakovich, Ustvolskaya. Entrance free.

1/7 Mrs N. Tsaldarakis in concert with pianists John Tilbury and Haydn Dickenson  in a recital of newly composed works for piano within the context of a symposium concerning global warming. Natalie will be performing a piece by Michael Chant (known from the Scratch Orchestra). Cecil Sharp House, London.

2/3 TCM Symphony Orchestra plays Stravinsky (Mr. Arcontides will appear as orchestral pianist in Firebird Suite 1919 version), Blackheath Halls, 19:30.

10/6 Waltham Abbey Church: the Ivory Duo will participate in the performance of Britten's Noye's Fludde (along with orchestra and choir, under the direction of the Church's Director Mr. Stephen Bullamore). Admission free. 

October 2006:

14/10 "One Day in the Life of John Tilbury" by Michael Chant, Old Library, 18:00 Dulwich College, Dulwich Common, London. Natalie will be performing 2 of the 24 hours this piece lasts (23:00-01:00). Free entrance. 

15/10 The Carole Finer 70th Birthday Concert, Dulwich College, Recital Room, 19:00 The concert will feature compositions by Michael Chant for a variety of mediums. (Natalie will take part in the performance of a piece for three pianos: in concert with pianists John Tilbury and Ian Pace, and composers Michael Chant and John White). Free entrance and reception to follow.

20/10 Sir Charles Mackerras Junior Fellowship in Conducting auditions. The Ivory Duo will be conducted by the four finalist conductors in their performance of Beethoven's 4th Symphony (transcribed for two pianos). 10:00-13:00 TCM.
